Capstone Project: Muay Thai

Day Eighteen - May 11
8:50am - 9:55am (1hr 5min)

I tried to go for an hour run/jog just to see if I have gained enough stamina for it. Went on the treadmill before work and finished off with some stretches.

Overall Hours - (19hrs 48min)
