Day Twelve - May 2
5:45am - 6:50am (1hr 5min) & 4:50pm - 5:50pm (1 hour)
I woke up early today so I decided to go for a 30 minute jog, did some stretching and ab exercises to keep me awake throughout the day. I also did an hour after school before work; went out for a run and did a little bit of shadow boxing by myself.
Overall Hours - (13hrs 47min)
