Day Four
2:30pm - 3:30pm (1hr)
Warmed up for 2 minutes with the jump rope.
My mentor had me do shadow boxing for 4-6 minutes with some combinations from our previous lessons. Then we added the right and left kicks with it. We did 3 rounds of pad work with the big pads including combinations and kicks. We did one round with the small pad afterwards, and then practiced my kicks with the big bag.
We ended the session with some abdominal workouts.
