Day Eight

I worked out and trained myself for a little over an hour today. I ran for 30 minutes and the rest I worked on my jabs and kicks then some abdominal exercises. I have to continue doing this until I've met my goal for my hours including the sessions that I have with my mentor. Hopefully I built endurance and more stamina from this training.
